Jaidith (Jai) Hernandez, Operations & Finance Associate, works hard behind the scenes to ensure Digital Democracy’s activities are running smoothly. With a background in Administration, Accounting, and Finance, Jai has a natural knack for numbers and a love for supporting others. During her 13 year career, Jai has experience in 501(c)3 non profit organizations, having started her first job at a private school supporting at-risk youth in impoverished communities.
Born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Jai now lives in Delaware with her three children, husband and dog Chico.
Jai holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance from Wilmington University.
